We understand that planning your wedding can be daunting & are here to help make your reception planning fun & stress free by working with, and planning for you.
Our Planning of your special day starts from the very first point of contact, It is from here we can start to structure your day to the way you both have envisioned it. We will provide you with our wedding day running sheets so that you can tailor your formalities to the order you would like, alternatively this can be matched up with your venues running order itinerary.
The key to a successful and stress free reception is consultation and communication, that's why all of our Wedding bookings include a complimentary consultation where our professional Wedding DJ will meet up with you both to go over the wedding day run sheets where we will discuss & plan everything from the entrance right through to the farewell.
In the weeks leading up to your special day we will also liaise with your venue & any vendors that may require information from us
EG: Arrival times, Formality times (itinerary), Audio enquiries. ect leaving you with peace of mind that the I's have been dotted & the T's have been crossed.
COCKTAIL HOUR MUSIC
The Ceremony has concluded and your guests have time to relax and mingle with a few beverages & canapes before the Reception celebration.
On Cue Entertainment can provide an additional sound system to a secondary location at your Reception venue, and have background music playing at an appropriate volume for your guests to enjoy before heading in to your Reception.
We can set the mood with an ambient range of acoustic music, or you can choose your perfect background music & rest easy knowing that your guests are enjoying themselves with a personalised selection of great mood music.
PLEASE NOTE
If your Cocktail Hour is being held in the same room as your Reception we can utilise our main sound system for both the Cocktail Hour and Reception without any additional charge for an additional sound system. The only additional charge would be for the time duration between Ceremony conclusion and Reception commencement .
For venues that hold their Cocktail Hour outdoors an outlet to power will be required along with a suitable area undercover for our audio, just in case the weather turns.
Our Cocktail Hour service can be added as an extra to either the Elegance or Elite Reception packages listed below.
WEDDING DJ PACKAGES
Below we have listed our most requested wedding DJ packages.
Our Elegance package is graceful & stylish and consists of up to 1000 watts of premium quality sound & 4 dance floor effect lights creating the perfect spread of sound & lighting for a smaller list of up to 100 guests.
However our Elite package is far more superior than It's counterpart, consisting of up to 2000 watts of premium quality sound along with 6 dance floor lights will provide an amazing spread of audio & dance floor lighting for a medium to large sized guest list from 100 to 300 guests.
We know every event is different and we are very flexible when it comes to tailoring to your needs, therefore we're happy to work in with your requirements & tailor specifically for you!
COCKTAIL HOUR

This is a great addition to your special day, the perfect prelude to your Reception celebrations.
